Reception Assistant

Hours: Wed 1.30-3.30pm Thur 8.30-10.30am
GYCT Department or Team : Reception
Supported by Neil Morris, Reception Coordinator


Specific Tasks

  • To signpost service users by giving informative information, either from knowledge known or by researching on the internet, to ensure a positive outcome for the customer
  • To meet and greet centre users and, if needed, to show them to where they need to go
  • Answer the telephone and transfer callers to the correct department or signpost them to other agencies

  • you are looking to gain customer service skills and/or experience of working on a front line reception
