Teddy Bear's Picnic

Play Rangers Teddy Bear's Picnic (19 July - 11.45am-1.30pm)

Our programme opens on Wed 19th July with a teddy bear's picnic, run by our special Play Rangers volunteers. You'll find them in the Seagulls Centre garden.

Make It Messy

Make it Messy (24-28 July)

Next we'll be chilling and making friends over some messy play. Paint, gloop, sandmousse, jelly, shaving foam, water ... slimey pasta. This is your chance to get really messy where it doesn't matter. The venues this week are Peggotty Road (garden), Hopton Village Hall and the Seagulls Centre (garden), so come and join us at the venue that's closest to you.

Don't forget to wear old clothes and shoes at Peggotty Road and Seagulls!

Under the Sea

Under the Sea (31 July-4 August)

Now that we've got to know each other the adventure will begin. Together we'll take a voyage to the bottom of the sea. We'll be paddling, playing games and building sandcastles. We may even find some buried treasure! Meet us on Gorleston or Great Yarmouth beach with buckets and spades, a picnic and drinks.

Make sure you wear your swimming costume if you want to join us for some paddling in the sea!

Jungle Boogie

Jungle Boogie (7-11 August)

Next we'll go bush beating to find some 'Jungle Boogie'. Keep your eyes peeled as we make our way through .. look out for tigers, giraffes, hippos and more! Hope you can join us for a week of music, singing and dancing, as well as arts and crafts and other animal activities.

Dress up as a jungle animal if you can!

Teddy Bear's Picnics

Teddy Bear's Picnics (14-18 August)

After all this activity you'll be needing some relaxation before we finish our trail to the grand finale. It's Teddy Bear's Picnic Week and we want you to gather up sisters, brothers, grannies, grandads, friends and bring them along! Most importantly, don't forget to bring your guest of honour .. your favourite teddy bear!

Pack up a picnic and join us for arts and crafts, games and lots of other special outdoor activities.

Circus Week

Circus Week (21-25 August)

We've arrived at our destination! It's Circus Week and the Circus Allstars will be dropping by to brush up our circus skills. We'll be spinning plates, diablos and hula hoops, walking on stilts and juggling. You'll find all your other favourite activities too .. arts and crafts, music sessions. The Time & Tide Museum will be with us .. and the Library Bus!

So dig out your face paints and your favourite going out clothes and join us for a big summer party! Don't forget to bring a packed lunch and drinks, sun hats and sun cream (or waterproofs and wellies!). Can't wait to see you all!
